A leader of the day-to-day operations in all areas of the restaurant, improving both financial performance and non-financial performance by providing above and beyond customer service and communication. Assisted managers on a shift-by-shift basis by coaching others on communication, food safety, and communicating with the manager opportunities to improve operations. When working in the kitchen, I was able to set daily goals for the team and work and encourage those around me to meet those goals with positive feedback and coaching in the moment.
