Worked in several capacities with both the operations team and portfolio management team. Retrofitted the system in use for quarterly adviser billing reconciliation and summary generation utilizing a dynamic MS access database. The database reduced billing processing time to a fraction of the prior processes time.Built and administrated a custom Salesforce org to record and facilitate ongoing sales operations. Development included database modeling, diagramming and building into Salesforce's native lightning platform. To allow ease of use automated processes and reports were created.Assisted in analysis and research for Provisus' high yield fund of funds recent introduced. This included return/risk analysis, correlation and situational analysis, and due diligence with managers of funds included in the mandate.

Collaborated with two internal stakeholder parties to develop customized data analysis dashboards to be used for customer objective optimization and internal financial reporting visualization. The development was done in Excel (VBA) and SAP Crystal Dashboards, with documentation in MS Word, scheduling in MS Project and diagramming in MS Visio. Both projects were presented to division management in four separate presentations performed by myself. Project management and development for the first project was provided by myself. The project spanned one month and set out to produce an automated decision making tool to optimize customer planning scenarios.The project was completed early with considerable additional functionalities as well as over 80 pages of full design, technical and maintenance documentation provided.The second project spanned three months and was also developed by myself. The project set out to automate several reporting capabilities and completed with production of three customized dashboards and complex data visualization functionality. Once again full documentation was produced and the project was monitored extensively. The project was completed on time and will be used by ION Prof Services reporting for the near future.

Responsible for generating yield curves and rates on HSBC's fixed income, derivatives and forex holdings for valuation and risk measurement purposes on a daily basis, that data was provided to other internal parties to perform other complex tasks at day end. Performed cancelled and amended trade reconciliation, overnight repo reconciliation and over-the-counter collateral reporting on a daily basis. Constantly assessing models to optimize the code within GB&M systems through efficient coding.
