I love to learn: primarily through experiences. I am constantly looking for new lessons that will help me grow and be a better person. Whether I'm in a classroom, on the job, or running my pop-up food stand, I am always soaking up information.I have worked for many years in the food industry. My love for cooking was a major gateway to learning and cultivating new skills. After many years of spectating the operation side of restaurants, I decided to try and start my own. My passion for hospitality and service stems from my experience in the food industry and carries over into new relationships.Day by day I improve on my self-discipline. Recently this has looked like cleaning up my diet, keeping a gym regimen, and holding a high standard in my classes. This has carried over into the work that I do as I take pride in everything I produce. Regardless of what it is, a burger, class project, or brand development, I do it to the best of my ability.
