Keaton is a commercial real estate and finance professional who has a strong background in the industry, having previously interned in Acquisitions and Project Management with Pursuit Development in Albany, Georgia. During his time there, he played a vital role in identifying development sites for prominent corporate clients, including Black Rifle Coffee Company, Starbucks, Chipotle, and Choice Hotels, among others. Keaton's project management experience encompasses successful developments across the Southeastern U.S. In addition to his accomplishments in project management, Keaton possesses valuable skills in property investment analysis and research. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana Tech University in 2021 and completed his Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University in 2023. Originating from the Shreveport area, Keaton is a local resident and a graduate of C.E. Byrd High School's class of 2017. Outside of his professional endeavors, Keaton's personal interests include hunting and he enjoys spending his leisure time training for competitive marathons, including open-water swims and long-distance running.
