Finance And Operations Director
Current• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the longterm fiscal and operational health of the organization• Manage key financial and operational functions including invoicing, payroll processing, grant tracking, budgeting and forecasting, account coding, employee onboarding, compliance and reporting, operational policies, and platforms/subscriptions• Manage day-to-day and month end financial processes• Lead multi-entity reimbursement invoicing• Ensure strong receipt management• Ensure completion of staff timesheets • Manage payroll preparation and processing on a bi-weekly basis• Properly file state and federal reporting throughout the year• Manage the organization's internal records• Provide insight on spending trends and cost-savings initiatives• Draft annual budget, project budgets, and scenario budgets as needed
