My passions are simple, to connect business owners, families, and individuals to explore and achieve their dreams and passions. My background is diverse; using professional/personal related trainings and experiences in the diversity and inclusion community to bring my passion and their fulfillment for the forefront. My work in the non-profit arena, providing education/counseling, budgeting training, home buying and housing counseling/training/education continues to remains active and substantial. Using those same passions in non-profit arena, I began working in the for-profit arena with business owners to assist/develop their perspectives, and community passions through the office of the Business to Business Development Department at BNA. Currently, I supervise, coach and develops staff members; interviews, recommends and trains new hires; contributes to the development of departmental goals and assists staff in developing individual objectives through the Airport’s local Small, Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise Certification Program, the Disadvantage Business Enterprise Certification Program as well as the Airport’s Concessions Disadvantage Business Enterprise Certification Program. Handling aspects of Community Outreach, Procurement Outreach, and Marketing Outreach and working very closely with the AVP, Director and staff often handling many administrative functions and serves as liaison to the Tennessee Uniform Certification Program Committee and is a part of the Certification Appeals Team.My greatest strength is recognizing, coaching and cultivating the potential in others. having the ability to spotlight forecast, develop and create a strategic plans, improved successful achievement plans. Being a connector that is passionate about service, others growth, and development with a keen ability to create and encourage upward desired development, with attainable techniques to help others in providing dream training, purpose work, growth work and self-discovery work.
