Supporting the Director of Math and Stats. Financial management of all School resources. Managing all operating, research, special purpose and conference funds. Responsible for the allocation and maintenance of all School office space, resource centre, and lab space. Supervising Math & Stats office staff. Training new faculty and staff on processes, policies, University systems. Budgeting all School funds to ensure the revenue is utilized, making recommendations to the Director on hiring, financial aspects, and use of funding, space allocation, purchases.....Developed Math & Stats Learning Assistance Program, created two Learning Assistance Coordinator positions, developed mentorship for students and teaching assistants, provide training to all new staff on procedures, policy and systems training for all Faculty of Science staff.
