• Key member of the Partners eCare Deployment team leading integration work for Epic installs at non-Partners Healthcare organizations.• Oversee development of interface integration blueprint and fit analysis for future implementation of Epic at Partners Healthcare hospitals and their affiliate organizations.• Primary lead in Epic Go-Live activities including project management in cutover plan development, staffing, conversion and cutover activities, and post-live support. • Team lead during Epic Go-Live implementation command centers, supervising a team of analysts during cutover and support shifts.• Principal representative for the Technical Integration team in Epic cutover presentations to various Partners Healthcare hospital executive leadership teams.• Work directly with various healthcare organizations to understand key workflows and functionalities of external systems and their necessary design points for interface specifications, • Focus on maintaining secure data during workflow evaluation and interface design such as patient safety risks, security of protected health information, and legal and ethical principles. • Participate in large scale testing sessions of hospital workflows with representatives from multiple hospitals across all departments.• Contribute to discovery and design for the future Epic installs (Harbor Medical Associates and Emerson Hospital)• Hold leadership role in the design, development and setup of the Epic Revenue Cycle and Clinical interfaces that will be used throughout all Partners Healthcare entities.• Project management, including maintaining multiple HL7 interfaces across several entities throughout varying phases: discovery, design, testing and production. • Design revenue cycle and clinical HL7 interface specifications for Epic implementation at various Partners Healthcare hospitals and physician organizations.

• Played an integral leadership role in the development and growth of the 6.0 Interoperability Group• Created numerous sources of documentation for both Meditech 6.0 customers and internal reference guides for Meditech Staff.• Concurrently implemented several complex Meditech 6.0 Hospitals supporting both administrative and clinical interfaces. • Established and maintained strong customer relationships by working directly with 6.0 clients to educate, train and troubleshoot administrative and clinical HL7 Interfaces between Meditech 6.0 and other vendor systems.• Created and conducted internal trainings for the 6.0 Interoperability division, including members of Management.• Wrote several proposals to the Development division for future enhancements to the Meditech 6.0 System• Collaborated with the division’s Meditech Development counterparts on projects and proposals for a new beta Implementation for the Meditech 6.1 Platform.• Worked closely with Meditech Sales Representatives to help customers determine the necessary interfaces for the hospital’s workflow and assisted in providing sales quotes.
