Previously led the High Value Support Team, providing support for Stamps.com Enterprise and Shipping Customers, including Fortune 500 customers and Federal and State agency accounts.Also led many intra-company initiatives, hosting company-wide meetings, training events, and developing employee engagement strategies across departments.Played an integral role in developing/executing Stamps.com's large business strategy during a time when the company experienced its most explosive growth and grew its stock valuation by 15X in a five-year period.

Oversaw a team of over 50 employees in Southern California, including San Diego and Las Vegas, as we integrated sales support and operations for a $350 million division of an international office products company, eventually purchased by Staples.Created sales programs, promotions and trainings to motivate a team of 80 outside and inside sales people to feature commercial office furniture more prominently in their portfolios.

Responsible for three facilities and staff of 20, archiving media elements for clients such as 20th Century Fox, Paramount, CBS, and dozens of other studios, producers and networks.

Responsible for the development of original game shows, leading a team of content producers, graphic designers and game developers, reporting to a large broadcast center in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.(I had previously held many freelance positions in game show development for numerous shows airing on ABC, CBS and Fox.)

Developed screenplays under a movie and television deal for actor/producer Steve Guttenberg. Worked closely with writers on several feature scripts, while working with studio executives and partnering with other producers.
