Main focus towards providing support to all the Business Heads by acquiring required Talent, Performance Management, Employee life cycle, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Engagement and survey etc.

In Greaves handling a role of HR BP for 3 different businesses and also handling responsibility of IR for two plants. Main focus towards providing support to all the Business Heads by acquiring required Talent, supporting in Performance Management, identifying the learning needs and provide required training for their teams. Apart from this, also working on Employee Engagement, budget of HR & Personnel, monthly MIS related to HR. Maintaining good relations with workers by resolving their issues, monitoring and completing statutory compliance for three businesses.
