Worked as a Usability Engineering consultant to design web applications as per functional requirements. One of the notable projects was improving the usability of the ticket tracking system used by eBay customer support. I was one of the design consultants working from the Cognizant, Pune office. Major tasks were collaboration with the onsite business analyst to gather and analyze requirements, define task flows & information architecture, Design prototypes and functional specification documents.

There was a growing demand for multimedia services in India in the early 2000s, which motivated me to start a multimedia consulting business. Also conceived and developed an interactive e-learning program for kindergarten, which was my first experience with product development and user-centred design.
