At present, I am associated with SBM offshore in the role of Project Quality Engineer (PQM for brownfield Project ) focusing on dealing with day-to-day project quality areas, implementation of QMS, and promoting Quality within the organization.My professional voyage entails knowledge and well-diversified experience of 18 years across varied areas involving preparation/review/approval of Quality procedures, inspection test plans, conducting internal and external audits, dealing with vendor/subcontractor's Quality Management, resolving technical concerns, Managerial execution skills of QC activities at fabrication yard and offshore sites.Crisis Management is my forte; my adaptiveness and strong organizational skill help me achieve that. I am a peoples person and strongly believe that proper communication skill is the secret to getting along with various echelons of the organization. I am a team player and belief that team playing is an attribute to the success of any project. In a nutshell, I offer a complete professional package of skill sets that cater to Management, Technical, and Soft skills. Apart from showcasing my expertise in QMS, I would like to get involved in the upcoming and breakthrough technologies incorporated into an organization.
