Kevin Devlin is a GRC Manager and SAP Security at Pilgrim's Europe. Colleagues describe them as "Since 2009 Kevin has been a rockstar at su53, then Integrc and now EY. Initially he setup the managed service team in Belfast that delivered support for a FMCG GRC Access Management. When the customer decided to move the service to India we decided that this was the perfect time for us to setup there too. Kevin was instrumental in our decision to take the risk and expand to Indi. Kevin relocate to India in 2012. His mandate was to hire the best people, build a European like culture and develop a 24x 7 support model for a large scale managed service. He was also pivotal in a customer rollout to 80,000 users. Once that team was established (2014)Kevin transferred to Dubai to help our new employees be connected to the Integrc global team and to help us grown the business and deliver against our promises. Kevin transferred with the rest of the Integrc team to EY in 2015 and had continued his great efforts. He is my go to resource for managing complex projects with minimal support . Customers react well to his calm style and he is one of the best people I've come across at managing multi region teams to deliver customer success. Kevin was pivotal on our journey and is a great team player. Not many people can be successful in adapting to new markets and getting the best out of multi regional teaming.
