In this role, I was responsible for the vision, design and implementation of family strengthening programs for the Post Adoption department.- Pioneered 2 programs to equip adoptive families with skills to navigate grief, racial identity and interpersonal relationships which broke into new markets- Founded the Adoptee Leadership Council, which consisted of supervising a team of 4 volunteers to launch a 4-week program to equip adult adoptees with communication skills, resources and networking opportunities- Managed 5 programs ensuring deadlines were met, workflow was consistent and programs were adequately staffed- Designed and facilitated trainings for adoption professionals and executive leaders at national conferences- Supervised one direct and provided strategy for summer youth program, serving 200+ adoptees, to expand program capacity, inclusivity and accessibility
