Getting down to the root of who I am is simple. I am an entrepreneur with a passion to make a difference in the world around me. At first people see me as a cleaning business owner; that's it. They think my life consists of washing toilets and cleaning windows. After getting to know me most people start to understand that my purpose is much more than running a cleaning business. I am a teacher, a mentor, a coach, an entrepreneur with a longing to make a change. I hire and attract clients based on my core values. At the top of the list are "Do Good & Be Good" . Striving to offer flexibility to all employees to encourage a healthy balance of home life versus work life, I offer a benefits program to reward hard working employees and motivate less engaged employees. I consider it a privilege to work for women in need; as well as hire women in need. We also hire people with mental, financial, familial, physical and personal challenges empowering them to overcome. We aim to encourage people to reach whatever goals are important to them! Realizing a need in the industry for a training program that will teach vacation rental cleaners the systems and processes I use to acheive 5-Star cleanliness ratings in every property. I am on a mission to raise the bar on cleanliness efforts of all vacation rental properties! Most recently I have partnered with an online program that offers targeted email marketing in am effort to help more cleaning business owners find their success in a full bodied program if marketing, coaching, and employee attraction! Scale My Cleaning Business allows me to coach full time! In the end it is all for the one thing that matters most to me. My family.
