Provide engineering knowledge and solution to solve client’s water and wastewater treatment plant issues

Implement or install the project design item at client’s water or wastewater treatment plant with system commissioning before handover to client

Designed for water treatment systems (pure & waste) and chemical treatment system which consist from pre-treatment till point of used (POU). Besides that, managed for projects from finalising tender stage system design, equipment sourcing & finalising, fabrication and on site drawings checking and confirmation, site management and etc. First of all, finalize the system design with planning engineers and also customer once the project had been awarded. Discussed with customer any specification required or special request. Subsequently, sourced out all the required materials by requesting suppliers/vendors to provide quotation. Then, discussed with Project Manager on the material selection based on specification required, cost, suppliers/vendors after sales service and etc. In the mean time, check drafter’s drawing and list out BQ especially piping and fittings. On and off counter check the work progress of fabricator and also their quality. Assist on site manager and engineers during implementation work and also commissioning stage. My past projects were UMW Toyota ASSB Waste Water Treatment Plant, Asian NDK Waste Water Treatment Plant, Supreme Energy Muara Laboh Power Plant Chemical Treatment System, Infineon Technology Ultra Pure Water Treatment Plant and Waste Water Treatment Plant and was a Package Manager of Vietnam Power Plant Water Treatment System Packages.

Giving Maintenance Service to customers in water treatment systems such as troubleshooting work, replacement on all replaceable parts, commissioning and monitoring work, giving advices to customers for further improvement and etc. System troubleshooting job has trained me well as a problem solver, strong analytical skill and most important be calm and patience. Pumps troubleshooting and parts replacement were well trained during the period especially working with suppliers – Grundfos, Warman and etc.
