Kerstin defined the Machine Economy Ventures Lighthouse. According to the Machine-Economy vision, centralized technologies are no longer suitable to manage billions of energy related devices (solar plants, electric vehicles, heat-pumps etc...), transactions and identities (of humans, AIs and machines). Therefore, she used a portfolio approach to invest in the decentralised tech-stack of the future: blockchain infrastructure, service layer, protocols, middleware, oracles and crypto finance. Besides, she acted as Product Owner for all Community related features like P2P trading and the community financial karma.
