Master Board Member, 2020: Illinois Association of School Boards (IASB)-Elected for a 4 year term to provide oversight and stewardship to a $100M+, K-8 diverse urban suburban school district with 6,000+ students-Served as President during global pandemic; worked successfully toward school reopening and full day in person schedule for all students-Part of the team that helped develop, approve and execute on the district's first racial equity plan; also approved the creation of the district's first Chief Equity Officer position

Responsible for business development in 45 states, and a senior leader on the Partnerships and Development Team, which grew annual revenues by 257% in fiscal years 2008-2011. Managed two of three award-winning cause marketing campaigns (Crate and Barrel & Sonic Drive-In), and led the team that helped DonorsChoose.org acquire two nationally recognized cause marketing awards from the Committee Encouraging Corporate Philanthropy and the Cause Marketing Forum.

As Director of Development, responsible for fundraising during period of rapid growth and expansion. Achievements include tripling corporate gifts, and increasing individual giving by seventy-seven percent.As Director of Alumni Affairs, responsible for cultivation of more than 300 TFA alumni in the areas of school and political leadership, as well as alumni giving.

Responsible for development, marketing and management of all special events. Highlights include tripling net revenue for special events, doubling revenue from foundations, and raising the largest budget in the agency's history after a year of deficits.In 2010, Samaritan House merged with the Atlanta Enterprise Center to form the Atlanta Center for Self-Sufficiency.
