Grew the company from a start-up to a maximum portfolio of 10 key clients across multiple sectors, with partner agencies in all major European territories, and went from £0 to £350,000 revenue in four years, peaking at £550k per annum towards the end of the recession.I took sole responsibility for identifying and delivering on new business opportunities, as well as delivering a robust client service function to retained clients. Peppermint worked with clients including BBC Worldwide, Samsung Mobile, Rovio, Glu Mobile, Jagex, Honda and Zenimax Media on both comms activities, sponsorship and ATL media planning.I personally presented Zenimax Media IP, worth over USD$500m in projected revenue, to key European partners and senior management stakeholders prior to a worldwide launch.I created a high achieving account team through a consultative management approach, which resulted in PR consultancy Peppermint P having a 100% staff retention rate over 5 years, from 2008 until 2013.

Full responsibility for internal business division (along with divisional MD) that encompassed P&L, staffing and growing divisional client portfolio as well as organically growing revenue from established client base. Part of a 10 person senior management team within Cohn & Wolfe that included divisional MD’s, CEO and CFO. Full divisional management of a team of 12 staff. I headed up B2B account strategy for clients including Xerox, Panasonic and Sony. I was lead client counsel, and account signatory, for advisory and regulatory organisation The Digital Entertainment Group Europe (DEGE), an organisation made up of very senior directors from stakeholders such as Sony, Panasonic, Paramount, Toshiba, Walt Disney and Dolby, and created to inform consumers about the different benefits of competing HD standards of the time (HD-DVD / Blu-ray)

Full responsibility and ownership of all UK operations including client portfolio, new business development, board reporting and financial planning for year on year growth and staffing levels. Management of a team of 15 staff with overall responsibility for UK restructure and European wide corporate re-branding.Worked with clients including: Paramount / UiP, THQ, BBC, Channel 4, NBC Universal and Warner Music.

During my strategic consultancy period I worked with clients such as Electronic Arts, Taylor Herring and Kazoo.EA - I Worked with the senior management team within EA Studios to devise and implement internal PR and comms strategy to ensure better mulit-location working, as well as devise external strategies across all media sectors that met with a recruitment and awareness remit, which resulted in EA being placed at #9 in the 2003 "The Times Top 100 Companies To Work For" report.Taylor Herring - Directed the Edinburgh Interactive Entertainment Festival account, including running the EIEF cavalcade in front of 190,000 people, and co-ordinating all press and media activity for the week long duration of the event.Kazoo - Advised British Telecom on consumer-tech related issues whilst working with the Kazoo senior account teams to deliver positive results for this major client.

Devise PR strategy for both corporate and product messaging, implement PR activity across all vertical specific media, and grow and expand the PR team as was necessary to meet the needs of the strategy.
