As a Corporate Trainer at Aureate. I started from the bottom and learned a different type of sales from what I previously had done coming from D2D with roofing. During my 5 months there I brought in a total of $21,460 in total revenue, had a 72.8% close rate throughout the process, and made a total 153 sales in that 5 months. This sales process involved building quick and trustworthy relationships with members walking into Costco, being solution based in the options I provided members and doing right by the customer. Besides doing sales, some other aspects of the job that I did and was proficient at was training and developing teams. This involved interviewing, training product knowledge, developing mentality, and holding those around me accountable for the betterment of everyone. Although I left while still relatively novice to the process of building and retaining teams, I learned a lot of great skills that will 100% be applicable in any future job I hold, let alone sales. Other skills I developed at this job that I hadn’t had previously is building up more discipline and accountability in my life for the betterment of myself, and those around me who were looking for guidance. I left the business due to outside stressors that pushed me away. Although that being the case the opportunity that was provided to me there was something that I can hold onto forever.
