I provide project management expertise and leadership to a team of 8 creative professionals, in the College's marketing and communications office. Major projects I have overseen include the procurement and implementation of an internal project management system (Workfront), which has greatly increased transparency, accountability, and productivity; a major redesign of the College Intranet, including migration of content from a 10+ year-old site into a modern SharePoint framework; the implementation of a web portal that allows campus partners to create customizable, branded collateral and promotional items; and the establishment of standard processes for intaking and managing a wide range of strategic and ad hoc projects. In additional to managing individual projects, I manage relationships with vendors, serve as the sole administrator for our project management system, and review a wide range of creative proofs for style, grammar and consistency.

I oversaw print production for a portfolio of high-end travel and lifestyle magazines, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high quality standards. My primary responsibilities included establishing and tracking print specifications and printer schedules; obtaining detailed print bids for new projects; preparing, reviewing and submitting print-ready files to our printers; and reviewing and approving invoices. In addition to print production, I was heavily involved in the production of digital editions of many magazine titles, and had the opportunity to research and lead process improvements in this area, and to document best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency of teams in multiple offices. I also designed advertisements regularly for a wide range of clients and brands under tight deadlines.

Led a team of 5-10 employees and volunteers in all daily operations of a diversified 12-acre vegetable farm observing organic growing practices, including planting, cultivating, harvesting, washing and packing of produce . Responsible for seeding and maintaining health of all greenhouse plants for the field and for early summer nursery sales.

Managed a farm crew of 3-8, enforcing high quality standards while maintaining an efficient pace. Kept detailed records while seeding, transplanting, harvesting, and while selling at market. Cared for a flock of 500 chickens and two dairy goats on a daily basis, including collection and washing of eggs, as well as milking.

Further education in sustainable growing practices, such as using fallow field rotations to improve soil health. Learned new techniques for growing, harvesting and cleaning a wide variety of vegetable crops. Provided excellent customer experiences during on-farm veggie pick-up.

Crash course in sustainable growing practices, basics of tending to a wide variety of vegetables on a 5 acre incubator farm, and managing a wash/pack station and storage area cleanly and efficiently.
