I have had many years of experience with customer service and sales. I have been in the customer service industry since 2017, ensuring that clients and guests were having great experiences. I have extensive background in computer skills, including Microsoft programs. I am able to work in fast paced environments, while managing my time and working as a team. I make sure to keep a positive attitude, while also being very professional. I am an exceptionally hard worker, that stays dedicated to the task at hand, but I can also multi-task. Since I am organized, I have no trouble when it comes to decision making and problem solving. I am currently trying to transition from the restaurant industry to a more diverse industry, like marketing or management.
