CurrentWorked towards the continuous improvement of the efficiency of end-of-line testing units, monitored these improvements by using data collection systems, constructed KPI reports covering these improvements, and presented them during plant management meetings. I have developed a series of training modules to improve operator efficiency while using end-of-line testers and led training sessions. Incited the creation of quality alerts across many issues to ensure the integrity of crucial processes within the production line. These efforts have led to an average 10% reduction in errors occurring during the testing process across each shift. During my time with the Brose Group, I have gained valuable skills in production planning and controlling, interpersonal skills, data processing, and data structure management.
