• Review project documents for correct pricing, terms, and part numbers, to minimize costs• Work directly with two dozen customers at any given time• Provide timely and initiative-taking customer communications regarding project status• Document progress, changes, complications, and completion in tracking and filing systems• Execute equipment release, delivery, start-up, commissioning, warranty, and service• Assist in website management, contribute to branding, company-wide technical support lead

• Oversee contributions from 15+ in 5 countries (USA, Germany, UK, Canada, Brazil)• Organize and distribute documentation for all aspects of the project both behind scenes and to the public• Story editor, writer, and character development lead• Mechanics and Statistics lead• Website author/manager/editor, social media manager, and public relations contact

• Install, setup, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software for seven hundred end-user devices• Provide technical assistance, support, and advice to staff, students, and outside tech users• Interpret problems and provide technical support to non-technical personnel• Maintain documentation for problems and solutions in ticketing system
