It Operations Analyst

This role provides 24/7 tier I/II support for the bank's systems and applications worldwide. It includes actively monitoring the performance and availablity of major systems, servers, applications, and links to ensure smooth functionality of the bank's opererations• Understanding of Information Technology operating processes used for systems to ensure effective delivery including but not limited to IT Operations mandatory operating standards for monitoring, logging, and alerting.• Knowledge of Infrastructure, monitoring and Help Desk operations.• Knowledge of support and operations practice, concepts, and technology obtained through formal training and work experience.• Knowledge of technical/business environments• Knowledge of the corporate operations processes and procedures.• Experienced with multiple areas of systems and computer operations including CA ESP, AS400, UNIX, NDM, Autosys, FTP/SFTP• Technical and/or business functional knowledge of systems, tools, timing, and dependencies• Analyzes and resolves problems both independently and in a team setting.
