Timely has continued to grow rapidly this year and as such we are now growing the team. As part of this growth, I have moved into a new role as Customer Team Lead overseeing both the Customer Success and Support teams here in the UK. Working closely with the UK Country Manager and the APAC Heads of Customer Success and Support to make sure there is alignment across the geographies.Key responsibilities:- Leading a team of 4 Support specialists and 2 Success specialists- Establishing and expanding the Success function covering onboarding and account management- Working with APAC Support and success teams to refine processes- Supporting the development and growth of the team- Hiring new members to the team

In 2019 I established the first Customer Success role for Timely outside of our APAC region. This was the first of several new roles as we kicked off our #brentry plan. The role was central to establishing the needs of our customers whilst also providing the added level of onboarding support that our UK customers needed.Key responsibilities:- Establishing the first UK Customer onboarding function- Co-ordinating with Sales and Support to create a seem less customer experience- Implementing and refining existing customer success processes for the UK market- Identify new opportunities for growth- Managing high profile/value customer accounts

In this role I was responsible for leading the Data importing team. The data import team work closely with the Customer Success coaches to help customers move their data across from their existing system to Timely. This was a critical role in enabling our sales team to convert more sales.During my time we decreased the average importing time for customers to 1 day from the 5-7 days it was taking.Key responsibilities:- Developing new processes for new systems we imported data from- Identifying efficiencies to speed the process up- Building out new tools- Managing the importing load allocation

As Timely grew we started to build out new functions within the business. The first of which was the dedicated sales team. This was the first sales team for Timely.Key responsibilities:- Customer data importing- Converting leads to active customers - Working with product to refine the product based on customer feedback

Joined Timely at a critical time in it's journey. I was a member of the original onboarding/sales team.Our job was to help new customers activate their accounts and co-ordinate with the import team to get their data moved across.During this time I picked up the responsibility for data importing.
