As the Consulting Manager of Kelly IT Resources, I am entrusted to work with a talented team of 21 Consultants and Researches, building and growing verticals in the following areas of specialization: 1. Kelly IT Resources is Kelly’s recruitment division specializing in IT talent. There I built my expertise in an industry that I was passionate about, Telecommunications. Within 6 months, I had a healthy portfolio of Telecommunication clients, including GLCs, local public listed companies as well as multinationals and new entrants. After a short and successful 6 months, I was promoted to Principal Consultant, tasked with leading a specialist vertical, namely Operations and Infrastructure, leading a team of 2 Consultants and 2 Researchers. We were able to increase our portfolio again, adding in Manufacturing, Banking and IT to our list of clients.

Prior to joining Kelly Services, I was able to gain worthy experience and exposure in recruitment and in the I.T field. Upon commencing with Kelly Services in 2006, I was entrusted with the role of managing three of Kelly’s largest accounts. As an Account Manager, some notable achievements are growing all three accounts in terms of revenue, market share and gross profit, as well as obtaining new divisions for Kelly. The accounts spanned from Telecommunications, BPO and Banking industries. Having the opportunity to work with 3 of the major industries in Malaysia, exposed me very quickly to Senior Management, and armed me with a valuable and growing network. This propelled me to be given an opportunity by Kelly Services in Kelly IT Resources as a Consultant.
