Hi there! I'm Keegan, an Experience Management professional, with experience from IT and cyber security, to luxury retail and retail banking sectors. When I'm not working hard to create memorable experiences for customers, you can probably find me on a football (soccer) pitch, doing DIY projects around the house or cooking up a meal at home. My journey to the XM world wasn't a conventional one (if one exists). After years of retail experience first on the sales floor, then leading digital selling for one of Canada's largest retailers, I was given the opportunity to take control of the Customer Experience program. Suddenly I could affect change based on true customer feedback, and just like that I was hooked! I have completed Acceleration Strategy's CX Leadership & Implementation certification, and am in the midst of multiple certifications in XM through Qualtrics. Currently, I'm on the search for a new role in the XM world. I'm interested in either staying in the luxury retail world, or transitioning to a new sector in a similar role, running a Customer Experience or Employee Experience program. Have any questions?
