Customer Success Manager - Chainalysis Government Solutions
Current• Oversee a portfolio of 15+ Federal Agencies (United States & Internationally) managing ARR of over $20M.• Fully accountable for the renewal and upsell process of Blockchain Tracing SaaS contracts, ensuring customers’ success at achieving their goals, understanding customers’ needs, and identifying blockers preventing product adoption.• Work closely with the Account Executive Team to provide tailored technical solutions, and present product road maps, demos, training, and enablement sessions to customers’ executives, admins and end-users.• Collaborated internally with Product, Marketing, Solutions, Legal and Professional Services Teams to drive strategic initiatives and improvements in order to exceed adoption, retention and growth objectives.
