Some of the organizations that Keelan has served over the years include General Dynamics, Seaspan, Lockheed Martin, Mettrum, Cannabis Canada Association, Canadian Nuclear Laboratories, PCL Construction, L-3 Technologies, the Canadian Internet Registration Authority, Sikorsky, CAE, Ford of Canada, the Ottawa Senators, Textron, Raytheon, the City of Ottawa, Dell, Rogers, Waste Management, Cognos, the Ottawa Hospital, the Canadian Medical Association, Visa, Innovative Medicines Canada, the Canadian Newspaper Association, the Canadian Shipowners Association, and a broad range of Government of Canada departments and agencies.From 2002 to 2012, Keelan held a series of increasingly more senior positions at Thornley Fallis Communications, a leading, national public relations agency. He was Senior Vice-President and General Manager of the firm’s Ottawa office for three years and served as President from 2010 to 2012.Keelan began his career in the Federal Government, where he spent four years at the Department of Finance and then two years at Treasury Board.
