As a Sr. Manager of Global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) at Progressive Leasing, I leverage my 30+years of experience in Collections/CS Management and my degree in Business Psychology to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions for the company and its customers. I am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the BPO function, including vendor management, contract negotiation, process improvement, and financial reporting.My core competencies include strategy, customer relationship management, compliance, and team development. I have successfully managed multi-million dollar accounts, reduced loss rates, increased collections efficiency, and enhanced customer satisfaction across Europe, Asia Pacific, and North America. I have also built and developed a diverse and dynamic team of over 300 collections professionals who share my vision of excellence and customer-centricity. My mission is to enable Progressive Leasing to grow and scale its business while maintaining a strong BPO performance and reputation.
