• Develops strategies for implementing and measuring the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, operations, and impact. • Provides support to agency programs through recommendations, development and assisting implementation of initiatives to improve operations, customer service, and staff development. • Assists in implementation and develops process changes at the practice level to achieve agency objectives and sustainability in evolving non-profit funding and regulatory environment. Communicates and interacts with managers, as appropriate, to achieve efficient and effective utilization of services. Works collaboratively to evaluate and implement policy and procedures within the agency.• Collaborates with local and national officials to develop practices, processes and strategies to improve the quality and effectiveness of RMHS programs and services.• Performs evaluation, measurement, and monitoring of business processes and practices and recommends improvements to bring into alignment with strategic goals, regulatory requirements and contract provisions. • Serves as a consultant to the Executive Management Team and Chief Officers on program development and operations utilizing the information obtained from evaluation activities for improvement projects. • Works collaboratively across all departments to help improve the management of a business process. Focuses on the entire process from beginning to end, introducing innovation into the process that will impact results, enhance transparency, and assist RMHS to consistently meet its objectives and goals.
