I have assisted the evolution and development of new propositions based on sound research, optimised processes and leveraged technology and data to enhance the experience for customers whilst improving commercial value. Today, I work with the Asset Management leadership team to define, measure and deliver our business strategy and lead our client / colleague experience capability. Throughout my career I have developed a passion for designing and delivering great experiences for clients / colleagues, aligned to our businesses strategic objectives, to enable us to achieve our mission. A key part of my role has been embedding a strong culture and understanding of our Wealth Planning and Investment Management clients and colleagues; establishing strategic frameworks, driving innovation and embedding new ways of working.Everyday is a school dayI've undertaken several professional qualifications through the London Institute of Banking and Finance and the Open University to build on my experiences as a leader and financial services specialist. I continually look for opportunities to deepen my understanding and challenge the status quo. I'm also an avid reader and enjoy learning new was to approach problems and investigating the latest innovations.Beyond 9 to 5!I love the outdoors and regularly go hiking with my beautiful dog called Lexi, an incredibly loving German Shepherd.
