Founded in 1947, Hunt Companies, Inc. is a privately-held company that invests in businesses focused in the real estate and infrastructure markets. The activities of Hunt’s affiliates and investees include investment management, mortgage banking, direct lending, loan servicing, asset management, property management, development, construction, consulting and advisory. Primary responsibilities included: Business Development Marketing and Capture Planning inclusive of: RFQ and RFP Management, Oral Presentations, Public Relations, Client Relations, Research and Strategy Development, Award Submissions, Tradeshows, Collateral, Website Content, and Boilerplate development. I lead all business development activity, as well as PR and External Communications, for the Southwest Development and Hawaii divisions, and provided proposal support for the other divisions and branches across the company as needed.I was also responsible for the implementation and management of the company-wide, information and project management system - Cosential. This implementation included the transition of 70 years of data into the system, which not only houses all historic project data, but also all data for current assets and properties, personnel and resume information, current opportunities and pipelines, client contact and reference data, and firm boilerplate information. To support the successful adoption of the system, I also developed detailed Policies and Procedures and Best Practices for ongoing data maintenance and management and led the training for all database users across the company.

As a senior member of the Atlantic Region marketing team, I managed all marketing and public relations needs for the Atlanta, Florida, Boston, and Nashville offices, and provided services for other offices, regions and business units across the US when needed. I managed project teams from multiple offices across the country to coordinate strategies and information for numerous, simultaneous client deadlines at a time including proposals, statements of qualifications, award submittals, and client presentations. I was an active participant in the Sales Strategies for the Atlantic Region and the offices I oversaw, and consistently attended all Sales and Strategy Meetings.As part of my responsibilities, I developed Strategic Marketing Plans to facilitate office, regional, and business unit growth including market and competitor analysis, SWOT Analysis, value propositions, public relations and media goals, industry activity, and support collateral. Other marketing responsibilities included development of new office, regional, and market-sector specific collateral such as brochures, client presentations, and trade show and exhibit materials.I also organized special events and meetings including an Atlantic Region Awards Banquet and Regional Life Sciences Workshop. My Public Relations and Communications responsibilities included consistent external and internal communications including, but not limited to, press releases, editorials, news articles, email blasts, advertising and sponsorships in each of my markets.I contributed to Business Development in the Atlanta market by actively participating in numerous local industry organization networking events which included active participation in Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network.

As part of the re-organized South Atlantic regional marketing team, I maintained a shared responsibility for the management of all marketing and public relations efforts of all offices and projects in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic region and Senior Living Group. I managed concurrent deadlines for proposals, qualifications, award submittals, and client presentations from offices in the region, as well as other regions as needed.Other marketing and public relations activity included development of new office, regional, and market-sector specific collateral; and consistent external and internal communications by way of press releases, editorials, news articles, email blasts, advertising and sponsorships. My ongoing responsibilities included management of operational staff resumes and company project history for use in marketing and sales activity.

As part of the new Shared Services model, the Greater United States Marketing team managed all of the marketing and public relations efforts of eleven offices across the country and the Senior Living vertical market. I managed project teams from multiple offices across the country to coordinate strategies and information for numerous, simultaneous client deadlines at a time.Marketing deliverables included proposals, statements of qualifications, award submittals, and client presentations in addition to various other internal marketing activities including interoffice presentations, brochures, internal communications, and company events. Other ongoing responsibilities included management of operational staff resumes, maintenance of company project history for use in marketing and sales, external communications and public relations.

In addition to the same responsibilities as the Marketing Assistant, as the Marketing Coordinator I attended weekly Sales and Business Development Meetings for the Atlanta office. I was responsible for the management of online subcontractor prequalification system, client requests, and the facilitation of the bi-annual external client survey.Public Relations responsibilities included advertising and brochure development, press release and announcement distribution, event planning and management, and attendance at industry organization meetings and events.

My responsibilities included design of marketing materials, client proposal preparation and presentation, initiation and maintenance of firm’s first CRM, internal product and service database management, development of formal shop drawing template, on-site coordination and information procurement, and daily management of accounts and projects.I was the highest selling associate 2007.I was also an active member of industry organizations including National Association of Home Builders and The American Society of Interior Designers.
