I currently am the Quality Assurance nurse (wound care, infection prevention, clinical support) at a LTCF and previously worked as an LPN at the same facility beginning July 2021. I am currently working toward completing the LPN to RN articulation program at NCSC with an anticipated graduation date of May 2025. Previously, I worked as an LPN in OB/OR and hospice and as an STNA for 13 years in long term care, home health, and hospice. Over the last 15+ years, I have learned to work both collaboratively and autonomously and to adapt to the ever-changing healthcare field. I always strive to have a compassionate presence and meticulous work ethic despite a sometimes stressful environment. I am constantly seeking new opportunities to learn and grow within my field.
