Either you find a career or your career finds you. With 27 years of restaurant experience, I guess you could consider me a “lifer” in the restaurant industry. I spent my first 14 years in restaurant operations before transitioning to restaurant marketing which has been my focus for the last thirteen years. I have worked for a variety of brands both National and Locally owned with experience on both the corporate and the Franchise level. I like to say I speak both Operations and Marketing fluently. My strength comes from my knowledge and understanding of both worlds, where they meet, and how dependent they are on each other. My goal is to drive profitability through strategic planning, and solving operational problems, all while creating fun and functional marketing promotions that create community involvement.
