About Keeley Shoup

Since 2015 I've been supporting clients as a Cuddle Therapist and Boundaries and Consent Educator in both individual and group settings. In 2017 I co-founded CuddleXpo, the first ever convention for cuddle professionals. In 2022 I joined the Board of Directors for the 501c3 Cuddle Party Inc. which leads the field in boundaries and consent facilitation training. In 2023 I took on the role of CEO and Co-Owner of Cuddlist.In addition to my years of experience and extensive training in the field of cuddle therapy, I continue to build my skills with education in IFS, EFT, somatic experiencing, Wheel of Consent, embodiment practices, Uzazu, and more. I have thousands of session hours and have helped hundreds of clients get their touch needs met. I mentor other professionals in the field and help them improve their practice. This work is my life’s purpose and I bring that quality to every session.My broader ambition for the professional cuddling industry is to foster an interdisciplinary community of practitioners, to increase the standard of quality represented within the modality, and to improve accessibility to resources for practitioners.
