You will find positions with over 30+ years' experience in specialty departments within Human Resources, Quality, Risk Management, Auditing, Training, Benefits, Payroll, Federal and State Compliance, and other areas. Positions have varied from being Medical Director for a Global Manufacturing Company, Director of Human Resources for a Plaza hotel which I assisted to merge into a National Chain with over fifty hotels and growing. I have enjoyed each career choice, including three hospitals - University of Missouri Hospital and Clinics, Tampa General Hospital, and UMO Capital Region Medical Center. Each ranging from 3,500 to over 10,000+ employees. I have been fortunate to work with four major factories, allowing for a remarkably diverse and educational addition to environments. Included factories have been ABB Power T&D (Now Hitachi), Von Hoffman Press, Nationwide Headquarter Plant for Scholastic Books, and most recent, the Nationwide production headquarters of Chobani LLC. October of 2024 I relocated "back home" to the Midwest from Twin Falls, Idaho. I greatly enjoyed my time at Chobani, and now look forward to what chapter comes next.... As an executive member of staff, I grew exponentially with work, knowledge, and people skills with each position. I reached out to VP’s and CEOs to ask general approach questions to obtain their goals for each location. Along with daily tasks, I found myself wanting to streamline and improve methods, processes, and quality for each location with self-set goals for each quarter. Having relocated back to Missouri to be with my family, I am seeking a position that will keep me engaged with the employees, executive staff, third parties and clients as needed. I thrive on diligence, morale, and keeping the mission statement of employers as the forefront of my motivation. In no means have I mastered every part of Human Resources, Training, Quality, Risk Management, and other areas. Everyone has room to grow and learn new things every day.
