I currently support the Korn Ferry RPO team in the ANZ region with their communications and content needs. This role requires the ability to adapt quickly to a variety of complimentary projects; at any one time I can be working on a video piece, a contract bid, a social media graphic, an e-newsletter and a white paper, all in the one week. This is a fantastic role for me to stretch my creative muscles and develop my media and communications skills while being involved in a number of wide-reaching and engaging projects.

Throughout my time with the Lucy Rose Clinic I was given the opportunity to run their social media – with a particular focus on Facebook and Instagram – and played a large role in their re-branding strategy. For me, this primarily involved the creation of new, updated content for the relaunch of their website, running a weekly e-newsletter for their clients, ghost writing a symptom-based e-book, refining their customer interaction funnels, and several social and print media campaigns. Although my time here was cut short by the COVID-19 pandemic, I walked away from The Lucy Rose Clinic with many invaluable skills and experiences that have continued to support my career.

I have developed a strong and enduring relationship with the team at Jakiti Design – a small business that assists companies in adapting to the online marketplace – that has been invaluable in my development as a copywriter and editor. Although the work is project-based, and therefore necessarily ad hoc, working in partnership with Jakiti Design has enabled me to write and create for any number of platforms and media types, and strengthened my ability to effectively adopt the brand voice of a range of different clients.

The Boutique Wine Society afforded me an opportunity to truly grow myself as a content creator and marketer. As a core member of a small, dedicated team, we relaunched the brand to create a vastly improved customer experience. My role was primarily focussed on updating and creating new content for our customers, which included a full website refresh – and all the copy that entails – and a revised employee script and services model.
