Developed and managed a comprehensive sexual trauma services program within the prison based on a grant funded from the Violence Against Women’s Act (VAWA) in coordination with SCDC. Key Accomplishments:• Successfully implemented a comprehensive sexual trauma services program that provided crisis support, individual advocacy, and psychoeducation to hundreds of incarcerated women• Coordinated with SCDC officials to maintain PREA compliance standards and successfully met standards for 4 consecutive years • Developed and provided specialized trauma-informed care trainings to institution staff, local affiliate agencies, and other nonprofits• Established skills in task management, strategic planning, and developing programmatic materials based on client needs• Provided rape crisis hotline, medical advocacy, and education services to the Midlands community
