- Awarded highly competitive national fellowship by the U.S. Department of Defense (one of 69 fellows chosen from 3600 applicants)- Managed all aspects of three separate studies, from inception to dissemination of results including project planning, coordination, and oversight (three manuscripts currently in preparation) - Developed, modified, and optimized custom bioinformatics pipelines to process and analyze two separate large high-throughput genomic datasets (exome capture and low-coverage whole genome sequencing data) using high performance computing
