Conceptualized and designed displays, advertisements, custom graphics and brochures for the Chief/Da-lite trade show booth for the 2016 InfoComm trade show.

At MoCo I wore many hats. I designed, collaborated and developed innovative eye-catching marketing campaigns for our client's brands. I partnered internally with the creative team and externally with clients to create and execute the production of promotional materials including: trade show materials, packaging, print ads, info-graphics, marketing collateral, point of sale materials, in-store retail displays and photography shoots. I planned, directed and reviewed photo shoots from initial conception to final photography. I designed artwork, coordinated artwork, proofed and prepped files for production, color corrected and outlined photography. I also wrote and proofed copy as needed. I started at MoCo as a little curious intern and worked my way up to Senior Art Director–maybe even more curious now. During my time as an intern I became a master at outlining and retouching product photography in Photoshop and every aspect of production–how to properly prepare files for print, how to work/negotiate with printers and run press checks.

Design College: 4 Year BFA, Graphic DesignWhile in school at Iowa State I worked as a freelance graphic designer on anything and everything I could get my hands on. I started and ran a small printed newsletter for my dorm, I designed and assembled three wedding invitations. I was on the publication committee for Career Days, College of Design. At the Art Directors Association of Iowa (ADAI)–I won Best of Category for Corporate Identity and Award of Exellence for the Poster Category. I was on the Dean's list in 2002, 2003, 2005 and 2006.
