Andy, Keely's partner started cash collection for us and we slowly seen some light and didn't have to worry as much about wages, rent, debt and so on. We then had My Exec team build out KPI dash boards for each department and we started to manage through the eyes of these dash boards. My wife Sam was able to step away from he company and it was here that my time was being used more productive. Now 6 months in and our management team and myself are completing the leadership course that Keely has created. All I can say is WOW, it has started to become the business that we strived to build 10 years ago. I have time now, I have cash at bank and we are expanding in a strong, chest out chin up direction.
