I accurately entered data that manifests correct method of payment for the accounting department ensuring payments were made on time and without error. I performed a variety of services including registering arriving guests, assigning/blocking rooms and checking out guests. Balanced end-of-day shift reports, I am also familiarize with the PMS such as Lightspeed. I initiate and organized reservations billing while appropriately handling cancellations.
