By creating tailored packages, I grew monthly sales by over 40%, handling everything from product information and quotations to managing sales, delivery, installation, and training.My passion for cars led me to a Management role at M&R Motors, a Porsche specialist company, where I blended technical expertise with a hands-on approach to customer care. I kept clients—especially those overseas—updated on their car’s progress, sharing step-by-step photos and updates on major services or rebuilds. That personal touch became a hallmark of my work.After running my own business, the pandemic hit, and it was time to switch gears. I was looking for something a little different and that’s when the opportunity to work in the hospitality industry came. I co-managed at Tenahead Lodge and Spa, a 5-star lodge, handling all front and back-of-house logistics, maintenance, and event management. I took pride in ensuring that every detail added to our guests’ experiences. My unwavering commitment to client satisfaction drove my approach to everything from supply management to seasonal events.I was then headhunted to manage Haycroft Farm. As General Manager, I brought that same commitment to overseeing the entire property and creating memorable events at our wedding venue. Now, as I look toward my next role, I’m excited to bring my diverse background and passion for customer experience to a new opportunity.
