Assist with marketing programs to the community to increase awareness and participation. Work to continue relationships with the community and its representatives. Supervise youth and adult programs, including paid staff and volunteers who assist in running the programs. Review and appraise performance of employees and volunteers to verify they are serving our customers to our highest standards. Organize and coordinate leagues and tournaments for multiple sports.
