Experienced public safety professional with 18 years of dedicated service. I began my journey as a firefighter and advanced EMT, transitioning to law enforcement in 2009 with the Alaska State Troopers. Throughout my career, I’ve served across diverse Alaskan landscapes, including time in the bush. My roles encompassed SWAT team assignments and Field Training Officer responsibilities. I was also responsible for investigating high level crimes in numerous small communities while in Western Alaska. In 2016, I joined the Anchorage Police Department, maintaining my FTO duties and being selected to the department SWAT Team. I have taken on additional duties and have become a department Firearms Instructor and Less Lethal Instructor. Committed to safeguarding communities and adapting to dynamic environments.
