Responsible for Philips account support activities to include evaluated and aligned the Philips Flex Finders compliance process to the contractual requirements, implementing process improvementsand system updates. Conduct quarterly audits and provide supplier training sessions to review non-compliant areas, best practices, and corrective action. In addition to managing the compliance nationally for this program I took on managing invoicing resolution for this account decreasing the overall invoicing past due from 10,000,000 to 370,000 in the first 6 months.

I started with the MSP as a Requisition Manager on the Google account; monitoring of worker classification specializing in IC cadidates, conducted intake sessions with hiring managers, and acted as a liaison between staffing partners and Google Hiring Managers. I joined the Compliance Team in June where I worked on 4 clients, responsibilities including: daily monitoring of candidate onboarding compliance, assist in new supplier enrollment and conducting audits on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual schedule. Conduct Supplier Training Sessions to review non-compliant audit areas, best practices, and corrective action. Expanding my responsibility I developed the first internal controls audit program in effort to maintain individual client Service Level Agreements. Review Quarterly Business presentations to ensure accuracy of compliance audit data.

I started my career with Adecco in a local staffing branch at the reception desk. In 2009 Adecco started the Recruitment Center of Excellence a new business model for the company. As part of the first group to join the RCE, we lead the business model forward and analyzed how to make the recruitment process more efficient. The operations department was developed to allow recruiters to focus on that task and have the administrative and operational support they needed to do so. As the first member of the operations team I had a key part in developing the standard operating process. When it came time to expand our team’s role within the company I lead the Branch Pilot Program providing administrative and operational support to branches across the country.
