While I no longer code daily, the technical foundations I built early on continue to inform how I approach business and operational challenges.Outside of work, my family is at the heart of everything I do. My wife is the most intelligent person I know, and she continually pushes me to be my best. Together with our twin boys and dogs, we live on Long Island, NY, where I find joy in creative rebuilding projects—like our current labor of love, restoring an old barn.I lead with empathy, believing that heart-led leadership is key to fostering innovation and helping teams reach their full potential.
