AP Program Manager – Dynamic Automation.I led the successful roll-out of IBM Global Technology Services strategic product for automation - IPCENTRE. Managing a team of Project Managers across India, Korea, ANZ, and ASEAN to deploy a cloud based shared IPCentre environment and dedicated IPCentre instances. This program deployed across 26,000 servers and over 12,000 network devices on 26 clients in 8 countries.The deployment has focused on driving business benefits for customers and headcount savings across IBM. Total Headcount savings for the program has exceeded 500 FTE.I worked with stakeholders to set program level top down targets for Deployments, Benefits, and Automation, communicating the targets, managing and measuring the delivery of those benefits across the project teams in each country was a rewarding experience.The program drove additional benefits using Agile techniques with the Application integration and Automation development teams. I ensured Sprints were aligned to the to the project deliverables in each stage of the program, which enabled automation deployment across the accounts.

AP Project Manager - IBM Endpoint Manager Managing the roll-out of IBM Endpoint Manager across Asia Pacific (A/NZ, GCG, ASEAN, India, Korea).I developed and managed the reporting, taking data feeds from Cognos, reconciling the data with IEM and then reporting weekly progress reports to the Global Program Owner and Executive AP Stakeholders.Manage the program financials, week to week and Quarterly reporting.Manage the procurement and deployment of hardware / servers for new shared instances across AP.Manage integration issues across accounts working the program architects and support teams to overcome deployment issues. Worked directly with delivery teams organizing training sessions and working with delivery managers across several business areas to migrate business processes from a variety of existing compliance and patching tools to IEM. Using IEM reports and presenting these reports to account DPE's highlighting area of concern for Patch Management across client server fleets.Working with compliance managers to manage the transition of server based security health checks, working within the security health check calendar to ensure deployment of agents, calibration of security policies were completed for calendar triggers (Security Health check requirements across various Windows / Unix server fleets)

Working as part of a team or project managers completing a contract compliance review with the client and implementing additional services across multiple delivery teams to ensure compliance to the contract. This program was a key component in the renewal of the IBM / Westpac contract.Managing the supply to meet the demand in the foretasted pipeline, and adjusting project priorities with account stakeholders and the customer to ensure demand is met. Reducing speed of delivery through the adoption of LEAN based processes.

Managing a team of up to 55 Intel Technical Specialists delivering all Intel based projects to all NSW based customer.- Manage the team rolling out the updated Westpac Branch Environment (W2K3) to approximately 850 branch servers.- Automating the QA processes for Intel based servers reducing costs, standardising and increasing the quality of solutions and reducing remediation costs.- Working with account teams and DPEs to understand work load requirements and skill requirements for up coming projects, hiring additional staff to meet project requirements,

Initial 3 week Active Directory Audit was extended in 3 month contracts for 18 months to deploy, and manage the Active Directory roll-out across NAB environment with more than 30,000 dektops and userss being managed under a single enterprise wide Active Directory Enviornment. My role was part or a team to manage all aspects Active Directory as an Enterprise Administrator. Deploying and supporting new Business Units, troubleshooting Application integration issues, working with Application Integration team, Application Packaging teams to support and drive the migration of business units through development, UAT and production environments.I was awarded a CIO award for the work completed in integration the MLC based Business Units, being recognized in this way as an external consultant was a great honour.
